CrossFit Looks Hard

Sometimes the unscaled version of the workouts that we post are designed to be challenging, and you’re right – they are hard!  Sometimes there are not many who can complete the unscaled versions of the workout, but don’t let that discourage you.  Each of us have different ability levels and experience. We will scale the workout to fit your needs and ability.  By just stepping foot in the door you’re already taking control of your fitness and changing your life.  The goal is to be better than we were yesterday.

All you need to do is come in and be consistent.  You will make progress.
