There are many routes potential members can pursue in order to familiarize themselves with CrossFit. Your level of involvement is entirely up to you.
Become a member of CrossFit IoTA by dropping in for any regularly scheduled group class or give us a call to set up a time that works for you. On your first visit we will teach you a few CrossFit basics and then have you do an introductory workout. On your second visit you will join one of our classes so that you can experience a group training session and class. These first 3 workouts are free! This will give you a good idea of what our CrossFit classes are like and will also help us know what your level of fitness is and what some of your goals are.
You are also welcome to come attend any of our Saturday class as they are always FREE and open to the public. You can view our schedule here.
Additionally we offer CrossFit Endurance training/coaching and you can learn about that here.
You can also visit www.crossfit.com for a video resource of movements here. This will help you become familiar with the movements that we coach you on and that will be used in our workouts.
