The following list of equipment that is available for use at CrossFit IoTA. With nearly 8,000 total sq ft of space, the majority of which is covered in 3/4″ rubber flooring, we can accomidate large groups. We also use a quiet farm road just out one of our four overhead bay doors for running. Our W.O.D. possibilities are truly endless, so come visit Cache Valley’s largest and most well equiped CrossFit facility.
