I hope to inspire you to change your life for the better by taking control of your well-being and increasing your level of fitness.

Athletics and fitness have always been a large part of my life and great source of entertainment for me. Finding CrossFit at the beginning of 2009 has changed the entire way I view fitness and health. I can’t believe the changes and positive results I have experienced. I am very excited to have had the opportunity of becoming a CrossFit trainer. I can’t wait to share with and help all of those interested in changing their fitness and health for the better. So whether it’s for sport, fitness or just fun, I hope I can help each and every member of CrossFit IoTA.
