Our difference from other CrossFit boxes is in our passion, effort and pledge to our clients. We truly believe in what we are striving to create and accomplish. You can feel it in our box and community, and with each of our athletes on a daily basis. We don’t just provide a workout each day and a place to do it in, we support and provide the structure for you as an individual to use your physical strengths and your mental strengths in undertaking new skills and challenges may have never thought possible. Our coaches will support you with the training and techniques needed for you to excel in your fitness goals, leading you to a better mind, body and attitude to live life to its fullest. In short we hold group classes, give individual attention, nutritional advice and get results!
What we do:
We are a strength and conditioning program that is designed to help you with life, fitness, health, and sport. This consists of CrossFit, Personal Training and Specialized Programs such as CrossFit Endurance.
What is CrossFit IoTA?
We are no ordinary gym or coaches and these are no ordinary workouts. We prescribe to, and coach the most effective, efficient training program using the leading edge training methods to drive performance. Our job is to put YOU in control of reaching your fitness goals by facilitating your listening, thinking, learning and being responsible for reaching those goals. Our team is committed to help guide you on a course to maintain your motivation and produce results.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. It is defined as; constantly varied, functional movement, at high intensity. CrossFit is not sport-specific and promotes a broad, inclusive and general physical fitness. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of age or experience.
CrossFit IoTA emphasizes the core principles of health and fitness, nutrition, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics and weightlifting. Our goal is to empower and bring out the inner athlete in people of ALL fitness levels.
If your goal is optimum physical competence then all of these general physical skills must be considered and through the CrossFit methodology they will be worked on.
