50x Floor Wiper @ 135# / 95# (feet must touch the plate, left then right = 1 rep)
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36# / 25# (25 each arm – KB must touch floor between reps)
25x Pull-up

Athlete Update: Matt Carey, SVHS Senior, trained at our box prior to the 2011 Spring Track Season and also prior to the 2011 Fall Cross Country Season. As he headed back to school for his Senior season I asked him what his goals where? He said he wanted to make the Varsity Team, here is an update I just recieved…

Hey Paul, I made Varsity for State Cross Country! I totally know that CrossFit Iota has made the difference, and I am totally excited for when I can come back! Thanks a bunch for the training! – Matt
