5-21-11 Weekend Update with Team CrossFit IoTA

Another banner weekend is in the books for the team in RED!!

Christina reported that the Richmond Black and White Days 5k/1m run that she and Kollet put on was a BOOMING SUCCESS!!  She also said she saw a couple of Bear River CrossFit shirts in the crowd, and it’s always fun to see fellow CrossFitters testing their training.

Denna reported from the Ogden Marathon…‎“3:52 …. Felt Great. Who needs long runs when you have crossfit…. And good nutrition doesn’t hurt the game either :)

Last but not least news from the Joy Ride Triathlon…John was second in his age group with a time of 1:06:42, Steph was second in her age group with a time of 1:08:55 – Jerry was second overall in the mens open division with a time of 1:03:34 and Paul came in first overall with a time of 59:56.

John, Jerry, Steph and Paul sporting our winners medals.

Someone once said “Do you want to be a guy that rides a bike or look like someone who can make a statement?” Team CrossFit IoTA is doing BOTH!! Keep up that great work everyone.
