What is your favorite skill/movement that you have learned at CrossFit IoTA? Overhead Squats. As of yet it isn’t my favorite move but it is going to be when I can do it right.

How has CrossFit changed your life? I have now become an addict I guess you could say I am addicted to CrossFit.

One word to describe me would be… Redhead

I have always wanted… To be as good as my younger brothers in athletics

Outside of the gym, I like to… Too many thing to write down, but most of the time work with my animals.

Three things you would always find in my fridge… Milk, Cheese, Meat

Favorite physical activity outside of CFI… Triathlons (swim, bike, run)

Favorite place to eat in Cache Valley… Home cooked meal at home

Song(s) that gets me pumped up for a workout… Loud, Fast and Old

The last thing I ate was… Jerky

My proudest accomplishment is… In life my 3 boys, this past week the Fitness Elevated competition.

My six month goal is… to decrease my times in the Tri’s that I’m compeeting in or better yet beat Jerry Hall in at least one of the Tri’s!

If I could have ANYBODY (living or dead) over for dinner, it would be… A party I like lots of people over.

My favorite workout attire is… T-shirt and shorts Just like gym class

My favorite workout partner(s)… Jerry, Sherik and my wife Chris

If you created a WOD and named it after yourself what would the workout be?

4 rounds
400m run
30 sit-ups
20 pushups
10 pull-ups
5 wall balls

“Just like John says he’s a hard working guy!  It’s has been fun to get to know him and watch him progress.  After only two months of CrossFit he competed in the competition in Salt Lake City and finished 6th in the masters division.  We where all so proud of his efforts.  thanks john for your hard work and dedication to getting better and changing your and your family life!” - Paul
