Daryl’s first day at our box is one that is seared into both of our minds.  The look in his eye when I was explaining he WOD (Helen) was one of suspicion, but once he began the WOD, he quickly found out what CrossFit was all about.  All I have to say is unforgettable.  Daryl’s commitment and willingness to challenge himself and push for new heights and PR’s has been a blast to watch… in fact just this week he PR’d his deadlift at 415#.  Thanks for bringing your drive, passion and commitment for improvement to our box every day. – Coach Paul
